From its very inception, your project will be under the direction of a
skilled Scientific Atlanta Project Manager. To streamline and
simplify the management process, your Project Manager will serve
as the single point of contact throughout your project for all activities.
You may contact the Project Manager at any time as this
person serves you in these critical areas:
- Serves as your main point of contact during the project
- Keeps all parties up-to-date on project status and any changes; monitors deadlines
- Helps ensure agreement between all parties in every phase and follows up to develop and implement decisions, tasks lists, project reports, etc
- Presents the project planning to the steering committee
- Manages the activities of your project team - application engineers, support engineers, network specialists, drafters, project coordinator, etc
- Works closely with you and your staff to successfully complete the project
Then, with an in depth understanding of your wishes
and the requirements of your project, your EMEA SciCare™ Services Project Manager will assemble a dedicated team of engineers,
technicians and other specialists to address every aspect of your project
– design, installation and operation.
Your dedicated project team will focus its actions on delivering the reliable,
high-quality, high-performance system or network you want, on
time and on budget.
