Technical Support Services Components

Every TSSA offers core support including:

  • standard support during normal business hours
  • 24/7, 365 days per year telephone and remote support for critical issues
  • minor and maintenance software releases
  • extended warranty commencing with the 2nd year

These covered services may optionally include onsite support for defined critical priority issues for the agreed upon covered products.
