Before you ship, help yourself to have faster repairs and save time on phone calls, questions and handling.

How?

An RMA number needs to be requested for each unit you wish to return to Scientific-Atlanta Europe nv for repair. This RMA number should be used as a reference of your shipment to us. Please do not return any equipment without an RMA number!

Before requesting an RMA number, please go through our (new) RMA procedure.
If you have any questions concerning our procedure, please do not hesitate to contact your Customer Service Representative (CSR) or the ELC Service Team.

When you register your repair through the above link, you'll get an automated e-mail reply from us within 10 seconds.
However, please do not return your equipment immediately; our CSR will contact you and provide you with an RMA number for those units.
At the same time, our CSR will send you the RMA Acknowledgement on which you will find all details on the defective units as well as our return address.

When shipping the defective units to us, please add this RMA number clearly on the accompanying papers, and on the package label.
