Account Manager Cable (Nordic)

Reporting to Sales Director Nordic, the successful candidate
will, besides managing the day-to-day business, set out a
plan for cable business growth in areas of the Nordic market.
A clear analytical view combined with wide market and customer
knowledge will enable the candidate to have the correct focus
and make the decisions needed for success.

The Account Manager Nordic Region will be responsible for
all aspects of strategy and marketing concerning his specific
client / prospect base for his areas of the Nordic Cable market.
This individual needs to be a very strong sales person with
excellent strategic and business acumen, capable of understanding
the business needs of the clients and able to sell into these
needs. This person will invest time and effort in order to
further develop the market for S-A products.
Key Tasks / Major Deliverables
- To sell S-A Cable solutions in the Nordic market space,
ensuring long term success for the company.
- To identify and develop new accounts with a view to growing
the sales revenue outside the existing pipeline.
- Achieve significant sales targets.

| Profile |
- Approximately 3 - 10 years experience of complex solutions
sales, preferably including software, middleware and professional
services within the Cable industry.
- Preferably knowledge and experience in the Cable industry
and closely aligned sectors.
- Strong strategic seller with the ability to think 'out
of the box'.
- 'Deal Closer'; demonstrable track record of achieved sales
targets.
- Ability to manage large, complex propositions and to develop
and use financial proposals at senior decision making level.
- Experienced in further developing new customer contacts
- Excellent communicator both internal/external and cross-functional
- Strong presentation skills
- Dynamic personality
- High flexibility
- Structured working procedures
- Strong negotiation skills
- Capacity for teamwork
- Business fluent on all levels.
- Fluent in English and in at least one Scandinavian language.
- Highly motivated, 'bright eyed' individual
- Tenacious and resilient attitude
- Sales / Marketing degree
- Positive attitude
